The Ministry of Environment & Water hosted a multi-sector discussion on Malaysia's low emissions pathway.
The Ministry, together with the Malaysian Green Technology and Climate Change Centre, Climate Governance Malaysia and WWF Malaysia organised a roundtable discussion on the country's low emissions pathway.
Panelists included representatives from the Ministry of International Trade & Industry, Ministry of Housing & Local Government, Ministry of Energy & Natural Resources, Economic Planning Unit, Bank Negara Malaysia, Petronas, Academy of Sciences Malaysia and Third World Network.
Jia Yaw was the moderator for the panel on the private sector's role in Malaysia's low emissions pathway.
The roundtable was a hybrid event with the speakers attending physically at Putrajaya and other attendees, including members of the public, participating virtually via an online stream.
